Two new stories, lots of other ideas

I just typed a long post out that got deleted, so I'll summarize.

1) I'm writing some standup comedy lately that I plan on keeping in the vault, more or less, until I get drunk enough to try out an open mic night. More details to come.

2) I have added two new, never-before-read stories onto my "short fiction" page. Please check them out and leave feedback on the contact page! One is about a student I used to teach and the other about a philosophical moment I experienced after seeing a shooting star.
